Luc Binst from the Belgian office Crepain Binst Architecture has designed a beautiful villa with 2 floors.

The upper floor looks to be almost hovering in the air, produced by a transparent ground floor with large windows. Many consider the use of stone or brick over a transparent ground floor wrong and that the stones appear visually better when in connection to the ground. This house disproves the argument in the best way.
